Downloading tv setup data not working

All is working fine except the TV part. I followed the procedures to down load a EPG mc2xml. I also setup the plugin to down load the channel guide and clicked on import. I got a date and time stamp plus a total channels imported but total programs imported at 0 and Import status is blank.

MP seems to be a great software and looks like it's going to do everything I want. I can't wait to get my client working on another computer for the second STB that I have. But I need to get this going and I'm sure I'm missing something to get this going so I hope someone can point that out to me.
