Management churn made it difficult to perform my job. I had 3 mangers in the two years I was there. Constant churn of senior management and mid level managers. On a Friday, l was told by a temporary manager that I would be busy the following week. On the following Monday I was informed by my original manager that my job was being relocated and I was let go. The person that replaced me was much younger and she asked me to help her assimilate into the new position. Not a good experience.

Working both onsite and remotely, I built a global travel program to support the Company's growth around the world as well as supporting travelers and ensuring wellness during their travel and meetings experiences. Senior leadership has a clear vision of the future and communicates this well to staff. I always felt my comments and suggestions received their full attention and support. Great place to work that reorganizes too often SR. With good organizational alignment the work was rewarding and energizing. The macro-culture is excellent. The frequent re-orgs, though, create a Russian-roulette situation, where it's only a matter of time before you find yourself in a poor-fit scenario.
